Dina Meyer was born within Forest Hills Queens New York. Just before finishing junior high, she moved out of Queens into Dix Hills Long Island. She has two younger siblings and an older brother. It was her first position within the business. The model was employed from age nine to sixteen. Her acting education began at The Neighborhood Playhouse in New York in which she learned Sanford Meisner's techniques for acting together with Ron Stetson, for about three years.
